The MAHLE HS54580B Head Set for your 2007.5-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax supplies you with the gaskets and seals needed for cylinder head removal, with the exception of the cylinder head gaskets (sold separately). MAHLE head gasket sets are packaged in shrink wrapped tray, giving you the ability to view the contents prior to opening the package.
