The FASS HK-1002 High Output Heater Disk can be added to any FASS Titanium or Titanium Signature Series Fuel System to prevent fuel gelling in cold temperatures. When fuel temperatures drop to below 34° Fahrenheit, a thermostatically controlled switch will automatically power on the 300 Watt Fuel Heater Disk to warm fuel as the fuel enters the FASS System, preventing the fuel from gelling in the FASS Filters. The fuel in the tank is also heated as the FASS continually polishes and returns fuel back to the tank. Once at optimal temperature, the thermostatic switch will automatically power off the High Output Heater Disk, eliminating any possibility of overheating the diesel fuel.
The FASS HKS-1001 Dual Electric Heater Kit Splitter eliminates the need to re-wire or solder the connections when installing dual electric heaters on your FASS Fuel System.
The FASS STK-1002 Suction Tube Kit provides a solution to plumbing an aftermarket fuel pump. The Suction Tube Kit is machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The Bulkhead Fitting is comprised of a 5/8" Suction Tube along with a 1/2" Fuel Return Port. This allows you to plum your FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck, and significantly speeding up the installation process. The suction tube is fabricated of PTFE Teflon which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.
With a FASS Fuel System or other aftermarket filtering system downstream of the stock filter, we are able to totally delete the OEM Filter, thus eliminating the time and costs associated with a new filter and install every 5-10K miles.
FASS 1/2" Push-Loc Fuel Line - 50 Feet - FL-1002-KP50
A replacement element for our FASS Electric Heater (HK-1001). This item is intended for replacement parts only.
The FASS Electric Heater Kit HK-1001 is an optional heater is intended as an upgrade for FASS systems being used in cold regions. Each FASS Titanium Series pump has ports for two electric heaters, that will aid in cold weather starts and keep fuel from gelling up while driving during sub freezing temperatures. The heater will begin warming the fuel block once the key is in the on position and will automatically shut off after the proper temperature has been reached.
