Do you want to improve throttle response, transmission shifting characteristics and general overall performance from your Duramax? Then PPE’s Standard Xcelerator is perfect for your needs.

The Standard Xcelerator series was specifically designed for 2001 through 2010 Duramax diesel engines and provides five power-tuning levels of additional horsepower and torque (40-225hp depending upon model) while still providing significant increases in fuel mileage. The PPE Standard Xcelerator can also make adjustments for larger wheel/tire combos, raise top-speed limits, transmission shift points and feature all the benefits that the other units in our Xcelerator line provide but in a cost effective manner.

However, if you do find that down the line you want the benefits of our Hot or Hot+2 Xcelerator models, it’s possible to upgrade the Standard Xcelerator to those specs. The PPE Standard Xcelerator is truly a one-size can fit-all product!
