Primo Filter
To address the need for extra protection from dust and dirt with washable/reusable oil-impregnated cotton gauze filters. This new filtration technology is aptly called Pro-GUARD 7. 5 layers of progressively finer mesh medical grade cotton gauze with micro fibers that attract smaller and smaller particles as air passes through is combined with 2 layers of random-porosity non-woven synthetic polyester fabric. These 7 layer combination of cotton gauze and non-woven polyester is sandwiched between 2 layers of epoxy coated aluminum wire mesh.

Filter Box: Engineered by using a cross-link polyethylene filter box, these filter boxes are individually designed for each vehicle make and model. These filter boxes help insulate and protect the intake filter from drawing hot air from the engine compartment. Cooler air = higher efficiency.

Air Duct: The cross-link polyethylene air ducts are designed and engineered to increase air flow and passage for maximum performance. All Volant intake air ducts and filter boxes are larger in size and have specific bends and smooth air flow transition. This technology and design gives you higher horsepower and torque to give a stronger and quicker throttle response.

Aluminum lid: The polished aluminum lid gives the intake system a high-end look and feel to the engine bay. Neoprene foam backing protects all vital engine parts and the intake system itself for long-lasting performance and reliability.
